This is specific to RBC business accounts, but most major banks have very similar setups
Most businesses need to add the following tax payment options:
- Federal - Corporation Tax Payment TXINS
- Federal - GST/HST payment - (GST-P)
- Federal Payroll deductions - Regular/Quarterly - EMPTX
- Provincial tax (use the drop down menu shown in the photo)
Once you have set these tax accounts up there will remain in your banking profile unless you change accounts or have a major update occur.
